Wholesale orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email associated with your order.

Please note that processing times may increase during holidays, promotions, seminars, product launches, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $500 are subject to standard shipping charges calculated at checkout.
  • Orders of $500 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders after discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and shipping method.

Shipping Address Accuracy

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
