Returns & Refund Policy

At Sol Nutrition, we want our wholesale partners to feel confident when ordering from us. Please review our return policy below before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items. All returns must be approved by Sol Nutrition before being shipped back.

To be eligible for return, products must be:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resellable condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of herbal supplements and product safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Products with broken seals
• Final sale, clearance, or discontinued items
• Custom, special order, or private label products
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error made by Sol Nutrition, such as an incorrect item shipped or a damaged product received.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
• Photos of the shipping box, if applicable

Once reviewed, we will assist with a replacement, credit, or refund if approved.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after returned items have been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply to approved wholesale returns that are not due to an error by Sol Nutrition.
